Important Disclaimer: We operate as an independent service provider and are NOT affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by any specific appliance brands mentioned on our website (including but not limited to Sony, LG, Samsung, IFB, BOSCH, Whirlpool, Panasonic).

All brand names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners. Their use on our website does not indicate any affiliation or endorsement by them.

All services and repairs are conducted by independent authorized vendors.

4. Service Booking and Cancellation

Booking: To book a service, contact us via phone or WhatsApp. Provide accurate information about your appliance and issue.

Cancellation: You may cancel a scheduled service by contacting us at least 2 hours before the appointment. Last-minute cancellations may incur a cancellation fee.

Rescheduling: We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule appointments if needed. Please provide advance notice.

5. Pricing and Payment

Diagnostic Fee: A diagnostic fee may apply for the initial visit. This fee may be waived if you proceed with the repair.

Quotation: After diagnosis, a transparent quotation will be provided. The repair will proceed only upon your approval.

Payment: Payment is due upon completion of the repair. We accept cash and other payment methods as communicated by the technician.

No Hidden Charges: All costs will be clearly communicated upfront. No hidden charges will be applied.

6. Warranty on Repairs

We provide a warranty on spare parts ranging from 1 to 6 months, depending on the part and type of repair.

The warranty covers defects in parts and workmanship but does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or accidents
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs by third parties
• Normal wear and tear
• Issues unrelated to the original repair

To claim warranty service, contact us with your service receipt or invoice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Service Center shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data or information
• Loss of profits or business opportunities
• Damage to property beyond the appliance being serviced

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

8. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your appliance and issue
• Ensure safe and clear access to the appliance for the technician
• Be present or have an authorized representative present during the service visit
• Make timely payment for services rendered
• Follow any usage instructions or recommendations provided by the technician

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Service Center or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our website without prior written permission.
